Mr. Ross Carrie received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Zoology
and a Masters of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas
A&M University. He has worked more than eighteen years as a manager,
consultant, and educator in non-game wildlife management and research, endangered
species, environmental and regulatory compliance, and zoonosis management and
research. Ross has accumulated over eight years experience working at
management-level positions in county, state, and federal government.
His experience includes conducting and publishing original research on endangered
species and rare grassland bird species, managing endangered and non-game species
on U.S. Forest Service and Department of Defense lands in Texas and Louisiana,
developing NEPA-related documents to assess potential impacts of projects proposed
on U.S. Forest Service lands, teaching in the Biology Department of Texas A&M
University and developing and managing an avian encephalitis surveillance program
for all of Harris County, Texas. These experiences inspired him to found Raven
in 1996 as a turnkey natural resources management company, providing exemplary and
cost-effective services in environmental planning, management, compliance and
research. Ross is both President of Raven and a Project Manager, specializing
in services that include research design, data collection and management, statistical
analysis and publication, and technical writing support.

Mr. Joe Hamrick received his Bachelor of Science degree
from Texas A&M University. He has more than 23 years experience in natural
resource management, planning, and execution, including the areas of game and
non-game wildlife, endangered species, sustainable forestry, and environmental
compliance. Joe worked eighteen years for a fully integrated forest products
company with landholdings in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Alabama. Positions
held included: Manager of a 10,000-acre forest and wildlife management
demonstration area; Regional Biologist providing internal and external consulting
services; Corporate Group Manager responsible for 400,000-acres of "sensitive"
forest areas; and Corporate Manager writing and implementing internal policy for
sustainable management on 2.2 million acres of timberland. Joe has also acquired
extensive experience in sustainable forestry systems, implementation, and
certification standards and has conducted environmental audits on forests in
Texas, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, and Maine. Joe is both the Business
Manager of Raven and a Project Manager, specializing in services that include regulatory compliance,
resource planning, and geographic information systems technology and mapping.

Mr. Eric Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science
from Stephen F. Austin State University. He has worked for more than eleven
years as a natural resource manager and is recognized in Texas and the
southeastern U.S. for his expertise in botany, with extensive knowledge of
North American flora including taxonomic and ecological classification. He
is frequently consulted by government agencies and others to provide plant
identification, distributional data, and taxonomic clarification. He has
conducted plant inventories and ecological classification on over 20,000
acres for Texas Parks and Wildlife, U.S. Department of Defense, and over a dozen
large and small private landowners in Texas and the southeast. Eric also worked
for three years in the Environmental Division of Fort Polk Military Installation
in Louisiana as a wildlife biologist and botanist where he acquired hands-on
experience managing endangered species, wetland delineation, prescribed burning,
and regulatory compliance. Eric is a Project Manager at Raven and specializes in
services that include inventory and assessment, plant taxonomy and ecological
classification, vegetation monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Kevin Mundorff received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Environmental Science and a Masters of Science degree in Biology from Stephen
F. Austin State University. He has worked for more than eleven years managing
natural resources acquiring expertise in tha areas of ecological classification,
endangered species, wetland delineation, regulatory compliance, and the use of
prescribed burning to maintain and restore natural systems. Kevin is a certified
prescribed burn manager and has planned and supervised burns on more than thirty
thousand acres throughout Texas and Louisiana, helping landowners to achieve their
goals of fuel reduction, vegetation management, and habitat improvement. Kevin is
a Project Manager at Raven and specializes in land management services that include
prescribed burning and ecological planning, mechanical vegetation management,
wetlands delineation and regulatory compliance.
